On Saturday, May 29, 2010, I experienced false advertisement and unprofessional-ism from Caribbean Cruise Lines. This company's original offer of a cruise is a SCAM!!! At first, you think yayh! I just won a cruise. However, if you only want the cruise, that is originally offered, they will not give it to you. False advertisement!!!! I was on the phone with this company for an hour and they refused to give me my cruise. They insisted that I upgrade, upgrade, upgrade. I wanted to talk to my husband first and he was unavailable. I explained to them several times that I would be okay with just the cruise, after the third person got on the phone with me and I insisted on just the cruise he put me on hold. He came back and asked me again about the upgrade and I declined. The supervisor then hung the phone up. These people should be ashamed of their unprofessional sales tactics and shouldn't offer an offer if it's not really available. This company has my credit card number and home information, however based on this experience I do not feel safe with this company having my information. Someone from the BBB needs to secretly call this company and only request and insist on the cruise. Hands down you will experience the same thing, thus you will be able to shut this scamming company down.
