So far I have had nothing but trouble from this Cruise Line in booking my reservations. I paid an upfront fee for two people to go on a cruise. They told me if I paid an additional $355, I could take an additional two people. My plan all along was to go with three other girlfriends so I know I understood them perfectly and was so excited. I told my friends and the four of us were very excited about the cruise.
When I called to make the reservations, they tried to tell me that I had only paid for two to cruise so I asked them about the free cruise I had gotten originally and paid for an additional two. They got very ugly and told me to quite yelling. I was not yelling, I just asked a question: "What about my free cruise for two." They again said I had only paid for two to cruise, and I said, "I understand, I got a free cruise for two and paid for the two additional people to go". She again said, if I transfer you, they will hang up on you and will not put up with you. I am not sure what I did, I only wanted to book my cruise that I had gotten free for two and paid for an additional two. Do you have any additional reports on this company. Are they a fraud?
