I was a bit skeptical at the very beginning based on the letter grade that DASH had. Then they explained in detail of how everything worked with the BBB, that people generally go on there to complain only and no one ever goes on there to say nice things about companies. So needless to say I booked my order with DASH based on what they told me over the phone. I was shipping my car from Los Angeles to Albany and they told me it would take approximately 7 days for pick, yet it got picked up in 6 because they bundled me with other cars going out that way. They also told me the delivery is 6-8 days, it was delivered in 7 days. My car arrived in perfect condition and I was notified in advance for pick up and drop off. I would say defiantly use this company again, and don't just go off a cheesy letter grade to make your decision of weather or not to do business with a company, do your own investigating.
