IMAX processing fees have been escalated every few months for and payment has been getting VERY SLOW. I have had difficulties with the very same employees as others. Although we have used IMAX services for appx a year with never even an attempt at a charge back we have endured there ever increasing fees and rate hikes to the point this place is simply not worth having AT ANY PRICE. I NOW know this system has a very low rating and a lot of formal complaints filed against them. I wish I knew a year ago what I know now. If it were possible i would give them ZERO stars and plan to immediately discontinue their services.
