I was Paycare's client for little over than a year. I have found out by the IRS that few of my payroll taxes were not submitted when they supposed to be paid. They have taken my deposits and not making the payments on time. Not only that, the tax returns were submitted late as well. They have turned to me copies of the tax returns with dates that the IRS not even have on file.
On top of that, the day I called about this issue they moved to another location and they did not have the guts to tell me.
The IRS is aware of the situation and if you are in the same situation, please call the IRS and get information about filing a fraud claim.
IRS form 3949 A. Every company in the same situation should file this form. Paycare and the Willseas cannot be free enjoying our payroll taxes.
