Homebusiness - Scam & Rip Off

When starting the online business I chose (Vemma),signing up with Powerhouse Payments was a requirement. I didn't make any money in the first 30 days so I tried cancelling the account. Only got the answering machine during business hours but finally got
through to cancel. However, they have been drafting my bank account for months. I had to get my bank to investigate what company this was, when I stopped payment they sent my account directly to collections no questions asked. We never got a call from theM
to collect. Is that even legal? Now, they want us to pay $250 to cancel the account and remove it from collections. Someone was supposed to call me back yesterday to discuss this further but still have not received a call as of today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
IT'S NOTHING BUT A SCAM.
