I have a Price Pfister kitchen faucet. The cold water faucet was leaking, so I took it apart to see if I could fix it and ended up breaking it. I went online to their website to try to find the model number for my faucet, but apparently it has been discontinued. I contacted the company and sent a picture of my faucet to see if they could help me. They confirmed that the model I was looking for had been discontinued, but they were able to give me the model number and told me which part I needed to fix it. I asked them to send me the part. A few days later, I returned home to find a whole new faucet on my front porch. I guess they found an old one and just sent me the whole thing. I installed it the next morning, and everything is working fine. I'm very happy and impressed with their customer service and quick response time. I will definitely do business with Price Pfister in the future.
